Silvertime Legal will be giving a talk about “Tax, Care and The New Guy” and will cover the essential topics such as:-

• Wills:- why they matter and the different types available  
• Trusts:- how they can protect your assets
• Lasting Powers of Attorney:- understanding their role in planning ahead
• Inheritance Tax:- breaking it down into simple terms
• Sides Disinheritance:-- issues that can arise from remarriage and how to avoid them

The talk lasts about 45 minutes followed by Q&A (or in private).  This talk will take place in Morton-on-Swale Village Hall on Wednesday 22nd April at 7.30pm.
